      Columbia, Missouri is the largest city in mid-Missouri and continues to grow each year with increasing student enrollment at the University of Missouri as well as new employment opportunities. Columbia also has a wide variety of local businesses, several hospitals, numerous radio stations, and an abundance of hotels and restaurants.

      The Forest Village and Woodlake communities are both situated in peaceful, park-like settings with prime locations to the University of Missouri, downtown Columbia, and quick access to both I-70 and I-63 highways! Both communities feature private lakes amidst beautifully wooded landscaping, which gives residents an abundance of nature for walking, jogging, or just enjoying the view! For our students at Forest Village, it is also great having the option to walk or bike just one mile to the University of Missouri's campus! Woodlake is also located only five miles from Missouri's campus and two miles from the Columbia College campus. The majority of the Forest Village and Woodlake residents who are students at the University of Missouri also utilize our complimentary shuttle to travel to and from campus.
