There are lots of great reasons to sign-up for a Campus Crossings account.

With an account you will be able to make one time credit card payments for 1 to 6 months of rent and other charges, or, if you prefer you can sign-up to have your rent and other charges automatically paid from your checking or savings account each month.

Also with an account you'll be able to submit a maintenance service request online for priority processing.

How To Register

Step #1:

Have this info handy:

  • Account Code (sometimes called your "T" code)
  • E-Mail Address of record (the address on record with the Leasing Office).

Step #2:

Go here to register.

After you've entered your Account Code and E-mail address of record click "Validate".

If your account is in good standing, we will email mail (to your email address of record) a randomly generated password.

Once registered and you sign-in for the first time, you can change your password to anything you like. Your email account of record will be your user name. If you forget your password, you can always send it to yourself at (you guessed it) your email account of record.

Pay Rent Your Online

You can pay your rent, and other charges, online either one time (for one to six months of rent and other charges) with a credit card or sign-up to have rent and other charges automatically paid from your checking or savings account.

A convenience fee will be added to each credit card transaction. Convenience fees do not apply to payments made automatically from your checking or savings account.

Pay your rent with a credit card:

Step #1:

Go to our log-in page.

Tip: You can also log-in by mousing over the "Log In" button on the top right of your community's web site.

Step #2:

Enter in your:

  • User Name (e-mail address of record)
  • Password that you received from registration

Then click "Submit".

You will be taken to your Home Page.

Tip: If you don't know your password, you can send it to yourself at your e-mail of record.

Step #3:

At your Campus Crossings account Home Page, mouse over "PAY RENT AND OTHER CHARGES", and select "CREDIT CARD".

Step #4:

Enter your Credit Card Information and click "Submit".

Step# 5:

Verify the information you entered is correct and click "Confirm".

Step# 6:

Smart. Click.

Once your payment has been processed, you will be taken to a screen which details your payment results and you'll receive an e-mail, at your e-mail account of record, with your payment details too.

To make recurring direct debit monthly payments:

Step #1:

Go to our log-in page.

Tip: You can also log-in by mousing over the "Log In" button on the top right of your community's web site.

Step #2:

Enter in your:

  • User Name (e-mail address of record)
  • Password that you received from registration

Then click "Submit".

You will be taken to your Home Page.

Tip: If you don't know your password, you can send it to yourself at your e-mail of record.

Step #3:

At your Home Page, mouse over "PAY RENT AND OTHER CHARGES", and select "RECURRING DIRECT DEBIT".

Step #4:

Enter in your Bank Account Information and your Bank Routing Number. Then, click "Check Number".

Step #5:

You will be taken to the Recurring Direct Debit Agreement page. Please review your information and the agreement, and the click "I Agree".

Payments for rent and other charges will be set-up through the end of your lease and will be withdrawn from your checking or savings account on the first of each month.

Request Service Online

Get priority service from our Maintenance crew. When you submit a form online through your Campus Crossings account, our Maintenance crew is alerted immediately.

Step #1:

Go to our log-in page.

Step #2:

Enter in your User Name (e-mail address of record) and Password that you received from registration, and then click "Submit".

You will be taken to your Home Page.

Tip: You can also log-in by mousing over the "Log In" button on the top right of your property web site.

Step #3:

Click the "Service Request" tab from the menu.

Step #4:

Fill out the form and then click "Agree". Your Maintenance Team will then be in contact with you as soon as possible.
