Building a College Town; Operating & Maintaining Residential Facilities are Topics

Campus Apartments, Inc. will sponsor and participate in the annual National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO) show beginning today through Wednesday at the Wyndham Philadelphia. David Adelman, President and CEO of Campus Apartments, and Dan Bernstein, Senior Vice President and COO of Campus Apartments, are invited faculty for NACUBO and will be speaking during the program.
Mr. Bernstein will talk about operating and maintaining public and private residential facilities at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 4. Mr. Adelman will discuss how to build a college town at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 5.

The by invitation only forum will examine various issues including public and private partnerships for campus facilities, decision-making tools necessary for determining partnerships with private developers, and gaining valuable insight from experienced campus administrators, finance experts, and developers.
Campus Apartments is the lead sponsor of this years' NACUBO annual meeting which brings together chief business officers, chief financial officers, senior residence life administrators, vice presidents for student affairs, student housing directors, and directors of facilities planning from higher education institutions across the country.
